What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge From Vagina?

I had a cervical fischer cone biopsy 4 weeks ago. About a week ago I started getting alot of watery discharge, really bad smelling, not as much discharge now and not as watery but it still definitely doesn't smell right. I missed my period and found out I became pregnant a couple of days before biopsy (so nearly 6 weeks preg now). Last 2 times have had sex there has been a small amount of blood (light periodish), the first of those times made my husband a little bit sore, I'm guessing it must be an infection? My doctor booked out until next week so very keen to see whats going on with all this?!
