What Causes Foul Smelling Foreskin, Red And Irritated Urethra And Semen In Stool?
Hey, Ok so a few weeks ago I noticed a bad smell when retracting my foreskin to clean, some antibiotic cream took care of the smell, however my urethra is red and irritated, and I get a slight semen discharge when pooping, also the head and foreskin seem to be really dry since I applied the cream, any ideas what this could be?
