What Causes Foul Smelling Loose Stool With Stomach Pain?

2 days ago my stool was complete liquid to were I thought I needed to cart so I tried and it definantky wasn't a fart, yesterday my stool was normal but black and horrid smell, today I can't poop at all. My stomach feels super tight and when I think I need to poop I try and I get a terible pain in my stomach.

Hi, stool may be black ? gastritis-blood,iron ingestion.stop taking coffee, tea,spicy foods, alcohol, smoking.
foul smelling stools ? amebiasis. consult PHYSICIAN,TAKE SAFE FOOD.
