What Causes Foul Smelling Stools?

Hi im a healthy 20 yr old female and just recently i have noticed my stool almost smells like skunk. I havent been eating anything irregular so i dont know why. If you could maybe help me or give me some kind of advice/suggestions on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

It's indigestion and fermentation caused by some factors including inappropriate food habits, non secretion of proper digestive enzymes, lnfection caused inside GIT, accumulation of AAM - the mucus in intestines, bowels not cleaned properly. Root cause may be food consumed again and again before earlier food is digested fully, contaminated food ingested etc.

It is advised to my own patients in such conditions to cleanse bowels first of all with mild herbal purgatives like Tarunikusumakar chooran. OR Triphala capsules. I prefer earlier option.

Then Kutajghan Vati and Chitrakadi vati with warm water post meals is sure bet. Max two weeks.

In India its commonly available. Elsewhere try to get online.

These are safe and without side effects.
