What Causes Foul Smelling Sweaty Vaginal And Rectal Discharge?

I I had this issue for 8 or more yrs. Dr's don't know what is going on. I have a vaginal and rectal discharge that is basically sweat and it has a strong odor of feces and urine. I do not have any STD's. I have done research on this and wonder if I could have a vaginal fistula issue. I did have a C-section and a hysterectomy. This issue is really embarrassing as I just smell awful all the time. Vagina is always wet with sweat that smells.
