What Causes Foul Smelling Urination?

Hello, this is embarrassing but my urine had smelt funny for about 2 years now. I have no uti as I have had blood tests. I had a partial hysterectomy 5 years ago, in 45, I drink about 5 glasses of water a day, I have no history of diabetes, I m about 55kg and am 166cm tall. I drink the occasional glass of wine and I don t smoke. I m embarrassed as it is a really bad smell. Ive read that it could be menopause as in a change of hormones but I don t know how to tell if I am as I don t have periods anymore. Any ideas? Thank you

Foul smelling urine can occur as a result of infection in the urinary tract.
Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Urine routine examination and urine microscopy.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity test.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
