What Causes Foul Smelling Urination?

Hi my name s Michelle and lately in the morning when I wake up and sometimes in the afternoon when i pee my urine would smell horrible and last night I started having pain in my lower right part of my stomach and pain in the lower part of my back on the right side and sometimes I would randomly feel like vomiting.
