What Causes Foul Smelling Urination?

hello this may sound crazy, but my husband smells like urine that doesn t have enough water in it. that really strong smell when your sick or haven t drank enough water. it s not on his lower regions its his neck back and shoulder regions. he has taken a shower in the last few days. I figure it s coming from his pores because he was sweating from sleeping in a slightly too warm house (he was just waking up). normally I d just tell him to take a shower but he just recently had issues with his prostate (infection and possibly cancer we haven t gotten an answer yet) and I m admittedly a little paranoid. If it s nothing then that s great but if it s related to his prostrate I need to know.
