What Causes Foul Smelling Urine After Having C-section Delivery?

3 months back i had c section delivery.Few days later urine started having foul smell and it is continuing till now. There was no sign for UTI in between during urine tests.But still having foul smell urination and slight abdominal pain.This is bothering me alott..your help is really appreciated.

You need to get a urine analysis on a urine culture with sensitivity to make sure that you don't have a urinary track infection. If the urine analysis and urine culture are negative then you should see a urologist for possible cystoscopy evaluation.
