What Causes Foul Smelling Urine And Flatulence?

My urine smells strong of feces. I do have a hard time drinking a lot of water; some days I will milk my iced coffee all afternoon and it will be dinner time before I realize that I didn t drink any water all day. My best friend is a RN and she said that I am probably dehydrated. I have been pushing the water, but it still smells fowl. I also have extremely bad odor gas. When I googled possible reasons for the odor, fistulas comes up. Now of course I am freaking out. HELP!
