What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge And Pelvic Pain?

hi im having a "fart" smell from my discharge from my vagina and some pelvic pains occasionally. iv had two different sex partners also. the smell isnt like strong but its there, no itching no burning when peeing no nothing just a smell. what could this be?
