What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge With The History Of Hysterectomy?

I am 68 yrs old, have had a complete hysterectomy 25 yrs ago, and have had an infection ( smelly discharge ) for six months. My Dr. has used several kinds of vaginal creams to cure it, but it hasn t helped...any. Since I have no vagina, we are puzzed as to the cause of this discharge. It is not painful, it smells very bad. Have you ever encountered this

Well come to HCM
If this is really infection then this need to be treated with oral as well as local application and I would suggest the following treatment for this
1) Povidone Iodine vaginal suppository to be put in three time in day
2) Tab Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day for 5 days
it is highly advisable that these treatment can only be taken if and only if this is confirmed infection, take care and have nice day.
