What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

I ve been experiencing smelly viginial discharge for 4 years now.I had been to medical check ups and was treated but there s no improvement. Please would you be able to help me with some medical advice to help myself so I can be heal.this has been really bothering me.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You can be having some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Use some vaginal wash to maintain a normal ph of vagina. Hope it helps.
