What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

I am taking Fluxlocacillin for an abscess in my breast. Penecillin always make my urine smell but I am also getting a smelly vaginal discharge too, not fishy just weird smelling. I had a LLETZ procedure a week and a half ago. Should I be worried about the smelly discharge?
