What Causes Foul Smelling Vomit When Allergic To Cow S Milk?
Hi my 5 month old daughter is allergic to cows milk. She is currently on neocate with carobel thickener and 1.3ml of ranitidine. She is weaning and has had small amounts of milk free cow and gate food today. We noticed a fishy smell on one of her bottles today but wasnt to sure where it had come from. This evening however she has vomited on my bed and the vomit smells strongly of fish. What could this be?

As per your history, as she allergic to cow milk, so vomitting may be due to that only. You can give syp. ondensetron aftre consultation. watch for symptoms like rash breathlessness etc and consult immediately with paediatrician. Take care.
