What Causes Foul Smells In The Nose?

I have a constant foul smell in my nose. have had it now for 3 months. Met with my ENT. He has done a CT scan, an MRI and an EEG. Everything looks good and I still have the problem. My primary care is running blood tests and is really concerned about what it going on. Suggested it could involve Alzheimers, MS or Parkinsons disease. I m getting really frustrated and discouraged. What is going on?

Please be calm.
hope for the best
let's see your concern
First of all why are we thinking about alzheimers and parkinsonism. How these are related to foul smell
tell your problem in details. First your age
then are you having nasal discharge if yes describe it
then do you have nasal obstruction
do you get dry crusts from your nose. Based on all this, we can think of chronoc rhinitis or atrophic rhinitis. Most of the diseases leading to foul smell are treatable.
