What Causes Foul Vaginal Odour?

Hi Please I need some advise. I tend to smell alot and I believe the stench is coming either from my vagina or the anal area. I have done a series of swaps as I use to suffer from thrush but all seem clear now. Months ago I felt constipated and was seen by a doctor who saw a fissure tear at my anal area.i was examine in the theatre and only had a botox injection and some cream was given . I have used several creams like rectal oilment, trimovate cream etc but I always feel thus slight pain in my anal area and sometimes I get this wetness there and it smells bad. I always feel smelly and have no self confident . Please I need your advise. Thanks

* Most possible bacterial or fungal vaginal infection.
* My recommendations at present:
- Drink more liquids.
- Cranberry sachet once daily.
- Systemic antibiotic, anti inflammatory, anti fungal medicines prescription from your doc.
- Local hygiene care with gentian violet sitz bath.
