What Causes Foul Vaginal Odour?

Hi, I’ve been having a fishy smell down there and lately it’s been smelling like nail polish remover. I’m so worried I’ve gone to doctor and taken tests and they have all came out negative. I’m just scared cause this has never happened to me. I noticed it starting happening every now and then after my DNC surgery a year ago. Please help me. Thank you
