What Causes Freckles On Arms?

Hello,
I'm a 26 year old female, and I just noticed tiny white freckles on my arms. I have fair-medium skin that browns in the sun, and while I do lay out in the sun, I don't do it very often. The freckles aren't raised, and when i scratched at one, a layer flaked off but left a faint white mark on my skin.

Well come to HCM
This is could be due to allergens, try to cover the skin with long sleeves sun may be the cause for this some time this may have secondary infection in my opinion this need to be managed with local antibiotic and steroid and the best option would be "Beclomethasone with Gentamycin" local application take care for good hygiene, have a nice day.
