Advice
1.     Apply a cream containing hydroquinone 2%, tretinoin 0.025%, and mometasone furoate 0.1% (such as Melacare cream) at bed time locally for three month. Apply gently and do not rub. Rubbing will cause redness. Apply in a very thin layer.
2.     Apply Spectraban sensitive sunscreen before going to sunlight. You can also use sunscreens which are used for cosmetic purpose preferably with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30
3.     Apply Elovera cream in the morning for 6 months
Thanks
