What Causes Freezing Cold And Pain In The Eyes With Pounding Headaches?

I am freezing cold and can t get warms. My eyes ache and its painful to move them from left to right. I have a pounding headache and my whole body particularly my back is in severe pain. My throat is sore. It hurts to swallow and it s swollen too. In exhausted and can barely keep my eyes open.

You are having acute pharyngitis infection most probably as per mentioned history.

The eye pain, backache can be a constitutional symptom in that.

It's advisable to investigate as follow...
_CBC
_ASO titre
_CRP

Kindly revert back with reports once done.

Meanwhile, decongestant like phenylephrine or levocetirizine can be prescribed for that.
