What Causes Frequent PVC S Along With Syncope And Blurred Vision?

I have severe scoliosis that was corrected with spinal fusion over a decade ago. My mother had it but only a slight curvature. Recently she was diagnosed and underwent surgery to correct a severe chiari malformation. I have a one year old and since she was born have been experiencing frequent PVC s with near syncope and blurred vision. Could my heart problems possibly be a symptom of chiari malformation that was made worse by the strain of labor?
