What Causes Frequent And Painful Urination, Foamy Urine And Back Pain?

I have been experiencing frequent burning urination, with cloudy,foamy urine,intence mid back pain, some nausea. Is this something I should see my PCP about, I do get frequent UTIs most commonly caused by e-coli but I have not experienced this much discomfort before.

Hi,

Yes, you should see your doctor and get a urine examination done.T he symptoms are quite suggestive of urinary tract infection, so it better to be checked for it. Past history makes it more likely to be an infection.
