Hi,

Noted your short history of being suffering from Gilbert Syndrome, high ESR, high cholesterol, high bilirubin due to Gilbert Syndrome, has severe sneezing and sometimes running nose. Since you have Gilbert syndrome with high bilirubin you can not take medicines on your own unless told so by your Doctors as you have to have a list of liver-safe medicines.

Sneezing and running nose are indicative of an allergic problem. In usual course you can take an antihistamine with decongestant property under the guidance of a Doctor. Steroid nasal sprays should not be a problem. Most important is to find the factors, foods, beverages, allergens, and to avoid these at any cost. Use masks that can filter the allergens.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
