What Causes Frequent Attacks Of Sinus With Soreness In The Tongue?

I m a 34 year old female with severe allergy/sinus problems. I had a sinus problem last week where my sinuses were draining down my throat causing me to cough nonstop. Doctor placed me on a zpack and gave me a nasal spray to dry up my sinuses. Today, I discover black patches on the roof of my mouth and my tongue is sore in places. Tongue burns when I eat anything salty.

Hi,

I suggest you to do steam inhalation twice daily. Also do warm salt water gargle. I suggest you to take amoxicillin antibiotic for 5 days.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
