Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having orthostatic hypotension when there is marked fall of blood pressure from lying down position to sudden standing.
Go for measuring blood pressure during lying down and standing position.
Meanwhile do not stand suddenly while lying down, do this slowly.
Ok and take care.
