i have severe body cramps in my entire body frequently. These cramps occur in my toes, feet, calves, hamstrings, back, neck, throat, fingers, pretty much all over. Yes, I stay hydrated and drink gatorade, etc. I am about ready to go see a neurologist. Any suggestions? Richard

What Causes Frequent Body Cramps?
Hi, It can be due from loss of salts in work, exercise. It can also be from underlying issues such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathy.
