What Causes Frequent Body Cramps?

i have severe body cramps in my entire body frequently. These cramps occur in my toes, feet, calves, hamstrings, back, neck, throat, fingers, pretty much all over. Yes, I stay hydrated and drink gatorade, etc. I am about ready to go see a neurologist. Any suggestions? Richard

Hi,

It can be due from loss of salts in work, exercise. It can also be from underlying issues such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathy.

You definitely need to report emergency room for evaluation and accordingly, you would be treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
