What Causes Frequent Body Itching?

My fiancée keeps scratching under his arm in between his legs. He said he can t help it, that it feels good. He has sores on his crack butt. I m ready to leave . Because it is affecting our sex life. It is turning be off. He sneaks and scratches. He s been at this for a very long time. He s a clean person however he keeps scratching. Alcohol and peroxide use all the time. I m afraid he is causing injury to himself. Please help!!!

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest using an anti fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream.
I also suggest to use antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
