What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement And Diarrhea?

hi on my nights I work I have 1 or 2 bowel movements a day and most of the rest of the day I feel the need to go but cant and then on the nights I am off I go 8 to 12 times a day that start off normal and turn into diahrea at the end and the only thing I am doing different on my days off is sleeping at night what is causing this

As I'm unable to examine you directly, I assume you are suffering from IBS-D [irritable bowel syndrome predominant diarrhea], but since symptoms are more and there is no relief:

. Consult a Gastroenterologist
. Stool examination
. Sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy
. K.U.B. X-ray and Barium enema, till then avoid fatty foods, oil, ghee, raw vegetables, overeating
