General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the severe pain in abdomen, Frequency of bowel movements with blood in stool indicate underlying inflammation of the bowels to severe extent. She would require immediate medical attention and must be presented to 911 in emergency without any delay. Till the time ambulance arrives, give her plenty of liquids to maintain hydration and prevent lowering of blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
