What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement In A Child?

hi my son is 4 plus from last few days his frequency of passing stool is little more as normal. everything was normal earlier he used tp pass stool either once or twice a day.however now he is feeling pain sometimes in stmach and also passes stool after every meal.

This seems to be acute gastroenteritis infection

Hence can be prescribed antibiotic course for five days..

Maintain his hydration with lots of water and give ORS also

Fruits and green leafy vegetables taken more

If no improvement stool examination done

Consult pediatrician for examination and discuss your case
