What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements And Bowel Incontinence?

I am having bowel movements 2-4 times a day. Always in the early part of the day. Then I have some bowel leakage. I feel like I cant finish having a bowel movement. I have almost constant pain in my lower stomach below my belly button, sometimes sharp, mostly dull and constant.

Hello,

Frequent bowel movements with pain abdomen may be due to gastroenteritis or dysentery or Irritable Bowel syndrome or food Intolerance or inflammatory bowel problems or malabsorption syndromes. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid dairy products and gluten-containing food. Take the FODMAP diet. If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
