What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements And Joint Pain?

im working at the disability accommodation, the situation is we have clients that experiencing constant open bowel, head achen aching joint . According to the doctors and pathology results It is very contagious and can be spread into air which airbone? I forgot the name of the bacteria? The breath of the patients are smelly and strong odour and also the client has a mammerism of chawing her pellow and blankets.
