What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor

I am pregnant by 6 months & my 7th month is going on. My problem is that my frequency of passing stool has been raised for last fortnight. Stools are normal but i have to moov it for about an hour after every meal. I want to ask is it harmful for me of baby?

Hello, it is common to have this in pregnancy and for this increase your curd intake and can take yakult on daily basis to maintain bowel movements
