Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Frequent bowel movements (bm) with watery waste with blood is indicating acute gastroenteritis or dysenteria.

As this has going on for 1 week now, I highly recommend to consult with your physician as soon as possible. If cannot manage to see him/her immediately, go to ER.

You need iv fluid replacement therapy as you are having signs of dehydration (headaches).
You need further diagnostic tests like stool examination and culture, abdominal ultrasound, complete blood count, measure blood electrolytes, etc.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- increase fluids intake
- take oral rehydration salts to replace the lost electrolytes with diarrhea
- take tasectan or pepto bismol for diarrhea
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora

Wish fast recovery.
