+ What Causes Frequent Bowels While On Nan Pro 2 In A Premature Baby?
Hi my boy is 7th month born premature and he is on formula feed dexolac after 5 month we started nan pro 1 and on 6th month completion with nan pro 2 and rice cereal also once a day but he is passing stool 3 to 4 times a day now . Before he used to pass stool onçe in a day so i am worried is it because of nan pro 2 or rice cereal. Please advise as we cant afford him to loose weight as weight gain is a isdue for him as he was born 762 gms and now by corrected age 6 months and weighs 4 kgs only.

this right time to switch over to semisolid and gradually solid food. can be given meshed boil apple. Dal soup and vegetable soup. this should be done gradualywith normal food he will gain weight and stool formation will be normal
