What Causes Frequent Burping And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen?

Slight burning feeling in esophageal area. Burping frequently. Threw up after eating triscuits and chess and eating a diluted can of cheese and brocholi soup. Had headache with this situation. Now eating lightly and limiting coffee and no wine. Still have to drink a lot of water when eating. Feel like something is down in my throat. Wonder if it s gastritis or gall bladder.
