General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this back pain can be related to glomerulonephritis and you should get further evaluated. Do an ultrasound to check kidneys and check also urine sample and blood sample doing creatinine clearance and protein levels.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
