What Causes Frequent Cold And Swollen Neck Lymph Node?

For about 3 months I have had a pea sized swollen lymph node. Some days it feels like its poking out my neck and other days I can barely feel it. It doesn t hurt and is hard. I went and saw a doctor a month ago who gave me antibiotics to help my virus at the time, and they worked on the virus but the lump is still there. For about 5 months I have also been off and on sick with bad colds and feeling run down. Should I go back to the doctor or just wait it out?

Hello

Persistent lymph node is a cause of concern and may be due to a chronic infection in your mouth or upper airway , this definitely needs to be evaluated further and i would strongly recommend that you meet your doctor. Please dont wait.

Thanks
