General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Concerning your premature child presenting a history of sneezing cold and cough I will suggest that this arises due to low immunity against external infection due to viral or bacteria

Regarding a diagnosis of ashma by your physician following prescription of Esiflo and monitero I will suggest you suspend the drug at the moment pending your appointment with a paediatric pulmonologist for expert clinical evaluation and adequate prescription guidelines

I hope this helps Regards
