What Causes Frequent Cramps In Hands?

I HAVE HAND CRAMPS WORSE IN THE LAST MONTHS - THE LEFT HAND CRAMPS AND PAIN 24/7 WORSE THAN THE RIGHT HAND ESPECIALLY WHEN I TOUCH WATER (COLD) NOT TOO BAD WHEN RESTING IN BED AT NIGHT - I DO TAKE MAGNESIUM, VIT B COMPLEX, GLUCOSAMINE, TUMERIC, CARTIA, PANAMAX FOR PAIN - I AM IN MY LATE 80 S - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, neurological etiology may be the cause and it could be due to some cervical disk degenerative disease it is advisable to get done the CT study of cervical spine till then Vitamin B1 can be tired hope this information helps.
