What Causes Frequent Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Pain And Cramps?

hi, i have many passing frequent watery stools since yesterday evening & also having severe abdominal pain & cramps, bad taste in mouth, loss of appetite & headache. I have finally taken one flagyl 400 tablet alongwith one tablet of gramogyl today. is it correct to take both tablets together. Thanks & Regards, sangita

Hi,
you have bowel infection ..most possibly bacterial or amoebic. The management mainly includes plenty of water/ort/ rest & light food easily digestible.Symptoms usually controlled in coiple of days.In case it does not specific antibiotics are added.
Flagyl 400 controls amoebic dycentry & Gramogyl is drug for basillary dysentry.Both the drigs can be combined in case of mixed infections.So don't worry.. it will help the recovery.
