As per your query you are having symptoms of frequent diarrhea which seems to be due to gastritis, electrolyte imbalance, poor digestion, improper metabolism, and gastroenteritis. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history. Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like seafood and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down. You should avoid intake of outside food. Ciplox TZ along with meftal spas is the right medication combination for you.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
