What Causes Frequent Dilation And Contraction Of Pupils?
Should I be concerned about the frequent dilation and contraction of my pupils? I m 29 year old, have had a pacemaker since I was 23 (bradycardia, hr down to 25), I have arthritis, and scoliosis. I have had intense headaches (sometimes causing double vision) since I was 18. I have had one child. I do not have diabetes. More and more frequently over the last 3 or 4 month I have been experiencing these episodes where my pupils will dilate and contract rapidly, accompanied by flashing lights in my peripheral and intense eye pain. It goes away on its own, sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes over a hour later. Is this something I should be concerned about?
