General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

There are various factors causing flunctuations in bp level including:
- narrowing of the arteries due to atherosclerosis
- age
- if you are a female, menopause can be a possible cause
- stress
- caffeinated drinks (coffee, energetic drinks, etc.)
- too little physical activity

As such flunctuation has been going on for the last couple of months, I advise to consult a cardiologist and run further cardiac tests to determine the right cause:
- ECG,
- echocardiogram
- stress test
- lipid profile testing
- diabetes testing
- kidney/liver function test

Hope it was of help!
