What Causes Frequent Dizzy Spells With Sinus Pressure?

Hi. My 8 year old daughter has been complaining of dizziness a lot lately. It seems to bother her mostly at night before bed, and sleep and sometimes during the day as well. She starts school next week and I am worried these dizzy spells are going to interfere with her progress. She has had both an MRI and CT scan, and neither showed any abnormalities. She does complain of sinus pain and pressure sometimes and also has some allergic issues. Any ideas?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Sinusitis is usually not accompanied with dizziness unless patient has developed labyrinthitis infection. You should get the child examined by a paediatrician to rule out other more common reasons
