What Causes Frequent Episodes Of Dizziness After Recovering From Sinusitis?

I have had some sinus trouble for about a week and it seems to be over. However the other day I started getting this weird dizziness. The best way to explain it is my head constantly feels as if I m driving fast downhill. I have felt this way the past 2 days, I thought maybe it could be vertigo but my ears feel fine. I m really confused about what s going on.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent episodes of dizziness after recovering from sinusitis . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like migraine , sinusitis , condition like meniere's disease and tumor . But during sinusitis sometimes mucus spresd to ear through eustachian tube due to post nasal drip ,which cause ear infection and dizziness. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , blood test , era examination with otoscope and take history . Doctor may also examine ear with otoscope .Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin along with decongestant and expectorant or may extent the course of antibiotics along with antiemetic drug. For now take steam , keep yourself hydrate and avoid bending forward .
