What Causes Frequent Episodes Of Running Eyes And Nose, Diarrhoea And Vomiting?

I have a 2yr old grandson who since birth has had back to back ear infections and a lot of what seen to be allergy problems. His symptoms would be running eyes and nose, diarrhea and vomiting. These symptoms seen to go and come. He is otherwise very healthy for his age group in size and weight. Can you help me with what can be wrong with my sweet baby?
