What Causes Frequent Excessive Fatigue And Body Tremors?

I ve started feeling weakness, shakey, almost like when your blood sugar drops or your bp drops suddenly but I m feeling it frequently all of the sudden. My arms feel like bricks and my hands shake, the episode last from half hour to hour. Is there some sort of test I should do to figure out why this is happening. I also feel fatigued more than usual these past few months. Thank you

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should definitely rule out vitamin b 12 deficiency, anaemia and thyroid diseases.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination, vitamin b12 level, hemoglobin estimation and thyroid function test.
You may need iron supplements if your hemoglobin is low.
You may need vitamin b 12 supplements if it is deficient.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
First diagnose and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
