What Causes Frequent Fainting And Difficulty In Swallowing After Hemorrhagic Stroke?
my grandma had hemorrhagic stroke after falling, she was treated and given medication, she responded a little for week, like trying to talk with motions, but suddenly she going in and out of conscious continuously and have stopped swallowing, what does that mean ?
General & Family Physician, Dr. Dr. Ali's Response
Hemorrhagic stroke means that some of the blood vessel in the patient's brain got damaged and blood oozed out. When this happens brain tissue is damaged due to compromise in blood supply and due to pressure by the pooling of blood in brain. When areas which are responsible for consciousness are affected then it results in altered consciousness same is with vomiting.
